For most pieces, yes! If you’d like to inquire about a stone, metal, chain, or size not listed on a product’s page, contact us at info@lucillegeistjewelry.com. Please specify what product you’re enquiring about and what you would like to customize.

do you take returns?

if my piece gets damaged, do you offer repairs?

We offer repairs on a case-by-case basis. Most repairs are free of charge and will depend on the specific circumstance. They tend to be case by case but it would be good to have a gerneral boundary line for the public to have access too.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All pieces are made-to-order and will ship 3-4 weeks from the date of your order.

Orders are shipping using USPS priority mail. When your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking information. This may be filtered into your spam folder, so check there if you can’t locate it.

IF I LIVE IN NEW YORK CITY, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
